make the transfer. Order amount in US$ will be converted to SG$.

Upon receipt of your payment, we can usually process and dispatch your order to Singapore Post within 48 hours.
The Registered Article number provided by Singapore Post will be emailed to you once available. The shipping confirmation will be available for viewing at the website usually within 2 business days. Your order will be considered as fulfilled by Vellrip with the confirmation.
We will offer assistance in your raising an enquiry with Singapore Post. Before requesting us to raise an enquiry of non-receipt with Singapore Post on your behalf, please kindly allow at least 20 business days for delivery of registered articles. The Postal Administrations in the their respective countries could take up to 2 months to give a conclusive reply to Singapore Post enquires. As shown in the above table, all members will receive a cash rebate credit for their purchases. Depending on the level of membership, the rebate amount will be calculated based on the respective percentage (%) of the items' total value.
There are a total of 5 rebate levels. Membership will be automatically upgraded to the next higher level as members accumulate their purchases over a period of time. Members can view their reward level and cash rebate balance in Edit Profile.
| For example, a member has just accumulated $1,200 worth of purchases and becomes a Silver member. On his next order, he purchases $100.00 worth of items. The member will be credited with a cash rebate of: |

Members can accumulate and use their cash rebate amounts to offset the total (items' total) of his next purchase.
Please note shipping total will not be included in the calculation of the cash rebate. The cash rebate can be used to offset items' total only.
There is no expiry date for the cash rebate earned.
Purchased dollars to-date, reward levels and percentage (%) cash rebates are subject to change without prior notice.

To facilitate the smooth processing of your purchase, please ensure that your full shipping address is accurate before clicking to confirm an order.
All prices and shipping amounts listed in the store are fixed and automatically added to cart total. Shipping amounts listed apply to worldwide including South-East Asia and Singapore. Shipping amounts are based on flat rate and not based on item's weight.
We maintain an accurate store inventory. Though highly uncommon, if there is an 'item missing in inventory' situation, you will be notify by email immediately and given the choice to either change the order or cancel the order for refund.
Please kindly understand that the postal administrations undertake all deliveries and the delivery time frame required is beyond our control.
In the event of an exchange, all contents in the bag or box are to be shipped and return to us at customer's cost. Customers are advised to ship via Registered Airmail or any recorded mail services, as we will not be liable for any postal loss. Shipping charges for the replacement will be borned by us.
